Flyball Class |

|
Flyball competition is open to all dogs, including mixed breeds. It is a sport that is fast-paced and noisy, and the dogs LOVE it! Tennis-ball addicted dogs are especially good candidates for this sport, but any well socialized dog with a high energy level and good off-leash control can be a successful competitor. Course Prerequisites: Completion of Family Dog Basic obedience course or equivalent. Dog MUST not be aggressive around other dogs. PPDT does not offer flyball instruction directly, but has worked with the Canine Athletics Flyball team who offer classes in our facility. The Canine Athletics Flyball team is curently offering beginner flyball classes at PAWSitive Performance Dog Training on Sunday afternoons from 4-5 pm. Dogs must have completed a beginner's obedience class. For more information or to register, contact Beth Elliott of Canine Athletics at 630-978-7643. Please do not call PPDT -- call Beth directly. PLEASE CONTACT CANINE ATHLETICS AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE WILL BE A CLASS. Many Canine Athletics team members take part in weekend agility and flyball competitions, especially during the summer. This means there will be weekends when John and Beth are not available for classes - so check first! You may contact John and Beth at: canineathletics@earthlink.net or (630) 978-7643 |
