Karen
and Jim Click teach Puppy Classes. They have been helping owners and their
furry, little ones start out on the right foot, or should we say paw,
since June, 2002. Karen taught high school students for 20 years. That
experience has carried over to puppy class, providing her with the techniques
to analyze a situation and clearly explain methods to the students. Jim
is a chemical engineer. He takes the role of one of the assistants in
class. They both have participated in the training of their two dogs,
in obedience, agility, rally obedience and pet therapy. They are positive
reinforcement based trainers, who love to help people raise wonderful
pets. They find coming to Puppy Class is loads of fun, and hope that students
and their puppies feel the same way.
Karen and Jim live in Glen Ellyn with their two "twin" (littermate) Shelties:
